What is the difference between O-level and A-Level?

O-Level and A-Levels are the British educational style adopted by Pakistan from international countries. Both are General Education Certificates. Most of the schools and colleges in Pakistan are offering O-Level and A-Level. Both O-Level and A-Level Education degree are the branches of British Education System.

 

O’Level A’Level
O-Level is a stage which is equivalent to matriculation A-Level is a stage which is equivalent to intermediate
O-level refers to the ordinary level of study A-Level refers to the advanced level of study
O-Level is denoted with the secondary level of education A-Level is denoted as the higher level of education.
O-Level is comprised of three years of education A-Level is completed in two years
